Finca Sierra – Andratx

A refined Mediterranean home in the heart of Andratx village.

Development Project – scheduled for delivery by Summer 2026

Finca Sierra is an elegant detached estate situated in one of Andratx’s most sought-after residential locations. Nestled within the village itself, the property offers a rare combination of privacy, space, and immediate access to local amenities, cafés, and boutiques.

Currently in its final phase of completion and scheduled for delivery by Summer 2026, this beautifully renovated finca is offered as a turnkey home, partially furnished and ready to move in. The project includes all renovation works, professionally designed gardens, and carefully selected furniture that complements the finca’s timeless Mediterranean character.

Future owners still have the opportunity to work closely with the builder to personalise certain design elements and finishing details, allowing the property to be tailored to individual preferences.
