Cookie Policy

Version: 31 October 2026

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. In short

This website uses no cookies for analytics or advertising and no advertising tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner. Your browser only stores what is needed for a function you use yourself.

Cookies are small text files a website places in your browser; localStorage is comparable storage on your device. For both, any access that is not strictly necessary requires your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG; in Spain Art. 22(2) of Law 34/2002, LSSI).

2. Visitor statistics without cookies

Our visitor statistics run on Plausible Analytics. Plausible sets no cookies, uses no localStorage and does not recognise you again; we only see aggregated figures. Details are in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

3. What is stored

  • Watchlist — entry `unisono-merkliste` in localStorage. It contains the identifiers of the

properties you have saved. It is only created when you click the star, is not sent to us and remains until you delete it.

  • Private area — cookie `__Host-privat`, only after you sign in to the Private Collection. It

contains the identifier of your access and its expiry time, is signed against tampering, is only sent over HTTPS and only to this website, and cannot be read by scripts. It lasts until your access expires, for at most 31 days, and is deleted when you sign out.

  • Form spam protection — Cloudflare Turnstile is only loaded once you start using a form. Cloudflare

may store technically necessary data in your browser in the process. Without pre-clearance, which is not enabled on this website, Turnstile sets no cookie on this website; the check runs in a separate frame from challenges.cloudflare.com and serves spam protection only.

All three are strictly necessary for the function you requested (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG, Art. 22(2) LSSI) and therefore need no consent.

4. Maps and videos

Google Maps maps and YouTube videos only load once you click the button in the placeholder. Your agreement applies only to that content on that page and is not stored. After the click, Google may set its own cookies; we have no influence over this. Details are in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

5. Deleting stored data

You can view and delete cookies and localStorage at any time in your browser settings. You can also remove individual properties from the watchlist by clicking the star again. If you delete the private-area cookie, you will need to sign in there again.

6. Questions

If you have questions, write to us at info@unisonoluxuryhomes.com. Who is responsible and what rights you have is set out in our Privacy Policy.
