Villa La Fuente – Puerto de Andratx

Mallorca is one of the most sought-after destinations for luxury holidays in Europe. In Puerto de Andratx, one of the most exclusive areas of the island, this impressive L-shaped villa awaits you – just a few minutes’ walk from the luxurious marina and the vibrant harbour promenade. Nestled in an extensive Mediterranean garden with palm trees, lemon trees and lush flowering shrubs, this property offers absolute privacy and the highest level of living comfort. Spacious, covered terraces extend along the house and lead to the sun-drenched pool area – perfect for relaxing days under the Mallorcan sun.

With a living space of 365 m² over two levels, this villa combines timeless elegance with modern comfort. The imposing entrance area with stylish staircase provides the first view of the pool terrace and garden. On the ground floor there are three luxurious guest bedrooms with double beds, two elegant bathrooms (one en-suite) and a guest WC. A separate dressing area leads to the utility room with washing machine. All bedrooms on this level have direct access to the pool and garden – ideal for an al fresco breakfast or dinner by the pool.

The light-flooded living concept opens up on the upper floor with a high-quality open-plan kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the spacious living and dining area with fireplace. Adjacent to this is a stylish office, a reading corner and a TV room with direct balcony access. Along the gallery you will find the exclusive master suite and a further guest bedroom (bed size 1.40 m x 2 m), which share an elegant bathroom.

A highlight of this luxury villa is the spacious roof terrace – a private oasis with breathtaking views of the exclusive marina of Puerto de Andratx. Enjoy the sunset over the sea in absolute privacy.

The ground floor was extensively renovated in 2022. One wing was transformed into a state-of-the-art designer kitchen, which opens completely onto the pool terrace in summer thanks to floor-to-ceiling folding doors. This creates a luxurious outdoor kitchen – perfect for exclusive evenings under the starry Mallorcan sky.
