An additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located in the separate guest house, offering an added level of privacy for guests travelling as a family or group of friends. The guest house is not air-conditioned.

A striking 5.5-metre dining table, a large bar counter and indirect lighting create a very special ambience, perfect for long dinners and relaxed evenings together. The outdoor area has been designed as a private retreat where guests can enjoy the beauty of Mallorca in complete tranquillity. Several covered and uncovered terraces with chill-out areas and lounge furniture provide ample space to relax at any time of day. Whether enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, a quiet afternoon by the pool, or a glass of wine at sunset, every corner of the property has been created to make the most of the natural surroundings.
The 5 x 16 metre infinity pool is heatable and can therefore be enjoyed throughout the year. A magnificent sauna with marvellous views adds a further wellness element to the experience, while a small covered fitness area with weights is available in the outdoor area. For everyday comfort, the in-house osmosis system supplies the entire house with drinking water.
