Finca Can Vica – Luxury Holiday Home in S’Alqueria Blanca, Mallorca

Finca Can Vica – Luxury Holiday Home in S’Alqueria Blanca, Mallorca

Finca Can Vica is a peaceful luxury retreat in S’Alqueria Blanca, one of the most authentic and charming villages in the southeast of Mallorca. Set on an expansive 21,000 m² plot surrounded by mature trees and Mediterranean landscape, this exceptional holiday home combines privacy, generous space and understated elegance in a setting that feels both secluded and perfectly connected to some of the island’s most beautiful coastal locations.

With around 550 m² of living space and approximately 300 m² of partly covered terraces, the property offers an abundance of room to relax, unwind and enjoy the slower rhythm of Mallorca. The main house together with the separate pool house create a layout that is ideal for families or small groups seeking both togetherness and individual privacy. The overall atmosphere is warm, welcoming and refined — a home designed for guests who appreciate comfort, character and authenticity in equal measure.

Following an extensive modernization in 2014, Can Vica today combines traditional Mallorcan charm with modern standards of living. Natural materials, thoughtful architectural elements and the generous proportions of the house help create a pleasant indoor climate even during the warmer months. The design remains true to the spirit of the island while offering the level of comfort expected from a high-quality luxury rental in Mallorca.

The finca accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Spacious interiors, inviting outdoor areas and the surrounding natural landscape make it particularly well suited to guests who value peace, discretion and a genuine sense of place. The partly covered terraces provide ideal spaces for long breakfasts, relaxed afternoons in the shade and elegant dinners under the open sky, while the private pool and landscaped garden invite slower, quieter days in complete privacy.

Can Vica is especially appealing for travelers looking for a finca in S’Alqueria Blanca that feels authentic yet comfortable, private yet well located. Unlike more urban or resort-style villas, this property offers a more natural and intimate Mallorca experience — one that is defined by tranquillity, Mediterranean light and the charm of the island’s rural southeast.

Location & Surroundings in S’Alqueria Blanca

The location of Finca Can Vica is one of its greatest strengths. S’Alqueria Blanca is a traditional Mallorcan village with an authentic atmosphere and an excellent position close to both the countryside and the sea. Guests can enjoy a peaceful setting away from the busier tourist areas while still being only a short drive from some of the southeast’s most desirable destinations.

The charming fishing harbour of Porto Petro and beautiful coves and natural beaches such as Cala Mondragó are only around 3 km away. This makes the finca an excellent base for beach days, boat trips, waterfront lunches and relaxed evenings by the sea. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Vall d’Or Golf, which can be reached in around 10 minutes by car.

For guests searching for a holiday home in S’Alqueria Blanca, this property offers a particularly attractive combination: the privacy of a spacious finca, the character of an authentic Mallorcan village and quick access to beaches, golf and the coastal lifestyle of the southeast.

Facilities & Lifestyle

Finca Can Vica offers a carefully balanced mix of comfort and practicality. The property includes a private pool, garden, BBQ area, fireplace, underfloor heating, WiFi, wine cooler and parking. These features make the finca equally suited to summer holidays and stays during the quieter, milder seasons of the year.

Whether guests are planning a relaxed family holiday, a longer Mediterranean escape or a private villa stay close to Porto Petro and Cala Mondragó, Can Vica offers a rare sense of calm and authenticity combined with the standards expected from a premium rental property in Mallorca.
