The finca offers space for up to 10 people in 5 double bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are in the main house, 2 in the outbuilding. All bedrooms have has an en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and underfloor heating. The open-plan kitchen is bright and the adjacent living room is flooded with light due to the large window front. The house has satellite TV, Wifi and a Sonos music system. A large pool in the outdoor area (heatable for an extra charge) provides refreshment on hot days. On the property in the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by a beautiful landscape with views of the Tramuntana mountains, there are numerous fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden. On the Finca Only Summer there is also a paddock of over 10,000 m2 with majestic-looking horses. The nearby village of Llubi is only a few minutes away, and the island’s capital Palma is about 45 minutes away by car.
